Sibling Discount

  • Two students: 10%.
  • Three or more students: 15%.
  • The discount is automatically canceled if fees are not paid on time.

General Conditions

  1. An official document proving eligibility for the discount is required.
  2. All discounts are subject to review and approval by the school administration.
  3. Discounts cannot be combined; the highest eligible discount applies.
  4. The discount does not include VAT.
  5. Discounts do not apply retroactively to fees already paid.
  6. Awards and competitions must be documented by the organizing body.
  7. The school may verify submitted documents before approving a discount.
  8. Tuition-free places and full scholarships follow instructions from official and relevant bodies.

Withdrawal Policy and Undertaking

Withdrawal Policy (Student File Withdrawal)

  • From the beginning of the second week of study: 50% of semester fees.
  • From the beginning of the third week onwards: 100% of semester fees.

This policy applies to both the first and second semesters.

Undertaking Clauses in the School Policy

  1. The second party confirms the accuracy of all information under their personal responsibility and undertakes to inform the school of any changes.
  2. Fees are payable upon registration and cannot be reclaimed upon withdrawal, as they reserve a place at the school.
  3. If studies are discontinued, a formal notice must be submitted to the general administration, and the withdrawal policy applies.
  4. The school has the right to withhold results or the student's file when outstanding fees remain unpaid.
  5. If payment is delayed, the school may pursue its rights before the competent authorities, and the guardian bears litigation costs.
  6. The guardian must pay fees before the payment period ends; otherwise, the school may terminate the contract and require payment.
  7. In the event of non-payment, the school may take legal action before the competent authorities, and the guardian bears all legal and follow-up fees.
  8. The school may register the guardian's name with the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) in the event of failure to pay.
  9. All fees must be paid before the end of the payment period specified in the schedule.
  10. Any discount granted to the student is canceled if all fees are not paid before the payment period ends.
  11. A 25% absence rate disqualifies the student from study, while full semester fees remain payable.
  12. The student must uphold Islamic morals and manners; the school may discontinue her enrollment if her continued attendance adversely affects its reputation.
  13. The guardian must attend promptly when summoned regarding the student and cooperate with school rules and instructions.
  14. The student must follow all educational and behavioral rules and bear the consequences of any violation.
  15. The guardian must repair or pay for any school furniture, equipment or property damaged by the student.
  16. School regulations and the Ministry of Education's conduct and attendance rules must be followed.
  17. Promotion to a new grade means the contract continues and the next grade's fees become due, unless the guardian notifies the school in writing before the academic year begins.
  18. Official communication uses the contact details recorded in the contract; the guardian is responsible for notifying the school of changes.
  19. This contract renews automatically unless either party notifies the other of their wish not to continue within two weeks of the end of semester examinations.
  20. This is an acknowledgment of commitment to all contract terms; neither party may retract them before any official authority.
